- Signature of recipient required upon delivery (someone will have to be home to sign the collection of the parcel. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, the postman will leave a parcel collection slip. You can either call and arrange for a second delivery, or collect the parcel at the stated collection center)
- Pos Laju is a safer option as it's fully trackable & is covered by insurance (compensation by Pos Malaysia)
