How do I make payment?
You will be able to choose payment methods upon checking out from your shopping cart. We accept:
• online direct transfer/ interbank (CIMB)
• credit card/ Paypal. Payment can be made to enquiry@blackmilkproject.com
How long does it take for my order to reach me?
We will need 5 to 7 working days (unless stated otherwise) for production of personalized prints and orders upon payment confirmation (excluding weekends). Once the package is shipped out, we will notify you the tracking number. For more details on shipping, do refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Can I do refund or exchange?
Yes, you can do return or exchange within 7 days of receipt. However, return or exchange is only limited to items that has manufacturing defects or print error. For more details on return and exchange, do refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.
Can I request for my own design on my tee/ plushie?
Yes, you can have your own image or design printed on the tee & plushie. For more details on our full custom print and design service, do refer to our Custom Design page.
Is there any other colored tees beside white?
All the available color options will be shown in the product pic according to the designs. If a particular design only have white colored romper/ tee displayed, then it is only available in white. For custom prints & designs, only white is available - colored tee options are available only to orders for 12 pieces and above.
Can I buy in bulk and is there a better price
Yes, you can buy in bulk or in large quantity at a further discounted price. We cater to parties and corporate orders. All tees are designed by us, and printed by our sister company, www.blackmilktees.com that manufacture, supply and print tshirts. Just drop us an email with the details and we will reply you from there.
Are there any limitations of alphabets (in my name) that I can personalize?
No, there's no limitations on the number of alphabets. If the name is longer, we will adjust it to fit the print are of the tee (the more alphabets, the smaller the print size is), or we can break it into 2 lines if design permits - and still making sure it looks awesome!
