Steps in claiming the (electronic) gift card:
1. Upon purchase, kindly allow 1-2 working days for a Gift Card confirmation email from us on your Giftcard code.
2. If it's a gift, kindly provide us recipient's details:
• Name, email address, message (if any)
3. Gift card can be used to purchase any items storewide (online)
4. All gift card expires within ONE (1) year from date purchase.
5. Gift card credit balance can be saved and brought forward if not used in single order.
6. Kindly note this is an electronic gift card, NO physical card will be mailed to you (only gift card code for redemption)
You can download Apple Wallet Passes to your iOS device from the notification email that you receive when you buy a gift card. Emailed gift cards will include an Add to Apple Wallet button. You can click the button to open the gift card automatically in Apple Wallet.
The Pass displays your store information, the gift card's active balance, and a unique QR code.
