We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and hope you like our products as much as we do. However, it is important to read our returns and exchange policy before making any purchases. We take pride n our quality products and service and we value our relationship with you. 
 
We promise to only deliver the most awesome package to you. All our items are hand-made and hand-printed individually and we inspect every single one of them for quality and accuracy before shipping. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund.

Personalized items cannot be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refund and exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt.

We want you to receive your package just the way you want it (with a little magic dusts)! And we understand that everyone makes mistakes (us included!). Do review and double check on your personalization details before submitting your order. We are not able to accept cancelations or changes on orders once they're sent into print production.

Wrong size
We do not refund or exchange wrong sizes ordered. All our items are made upon order, therefore, we will not be able to replace wrongly ordered items. We provide size chart with measurements. Customers are advised to measure the actual fitting with the measurement provided.


Color mismatch or differ from visual shown
We do not refund or exchange on color prints that differ from visuals. All colors will differ 10%-15% from screen to actual printed color on material. Computer or phone screens are lightboxes that enhance colors while cloth garment is ink absorbent. Kindly expect an allowance of color discrepancy on actual prints.

What we do refund:
• Faulty items (manufacturing defects)
• Order error (ie. received wrong items, name wrongly printed)

How to return items to us:
Please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order to let us know that you are returning an item, and indicate the reason for the exchange. Do provide us a picture of the item that you want to exchange if there are any defects.

Once we have received the returned products, exchanges will be processed within 5-7 working days.

IMPORTANT: Black Milk Project takes no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We suggest that you get postal insurance before sending the items.
