ANNOUNCEMENT // To all international shoppers,
Pos Malaysia have suspended all international deliveries until further notice due to Covid19, so all international orders (out of Malaysia) will be upgraded to express shipping with increased postage charges and will shipped via DHL / TNT.
Kindly note that if your order exceeds 1kg, there might be a surcharge that varies from country to country. We will contact you via email if there is a discrepancy on paid amount. If your country is not listed for shipping or if you are unable to check out at our cart, kindly drop us an email and we will be ready to further advise and assist you.
Very sorry for the inconvenience and the surge of shipping cost. We will be keeping a close watch on when Pos Malaysia will lift its service suspension for postage to resume.
Shipping charges start from RM7 for the 1st one (1) kg within Malaysia via Pos Laju Malaysia. International orders shipping rates will be according to courier provider via DHL or Pos Laju International.

International shipping rates will differ according to country where you can check before confirming your purchase. If your country is not listed, do drop us and email and we will get back to you on the shipping rate for your location.
Most of our items are hand-made/ printed upon purchase. Depending on the item ordered and the volume of orders we received that day, your order may take 2-3 days before being shipping. Kindly allow 5 to 10 working days (unless stated otherwise) from the date of purchase for your product to arrive.
During our busy or peak holiday seasons, we will try our best to guarantee your package to arrive on time, but due to high volume and unexpected circumstances beyond our control, there might be slight delays in delivery of your order. If you have a specific date that you need your parcel to reach you, do note it upon check out so that we can arrange accordingly. If we miss our guarantee, we will refund your shipping fees. Understandably, no refunds can be issued for orders delayed due to adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances that may effect our courier providers.
International shipping times may vary by country.
Unfortunately, once a package is accepted by the courier provider (Pos Laju/ DHL), we are no longer liable for the package.
The package will solely be the responsibility of buyer from tracking progress to receiving. In the unlikely event that the package does not reach its intended destination, please file a claim with the respective shipping agency. Black Milk Project do not hold any responsibility and strictly do not provide compensation or refund in cases of lost packages, unless we fail to present the proof of delivery receipt.
Custom fees and taxes
If you are an international customer, there could be additional fees and taxes for your package's shipment. This will depend on your country/ location and we have no control over this. You are responsible for any custom fees and taxes upon receival.
